line project registered and established in 2016. The construction scale of this project is 1 million tons and the planned investment is 300 million yuan. The first phase of environmental protection project of Shaanxi Zhaode Environmental Protection Briquette Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into operation through environmental protection acceptance. It is divided into screening workshop, washing workshop, raw coal shed and annual production line of 250,000 tons of environmental protection civil briquette. It has supporting office buildings, restaurants, guest rooms and other production and living aids. A total of 120 million yuan has been invested in the early stage, with a production capacity of 4.5 million tons per year; the annual processing capacity of a complete set of washing equipment reaches 5 million tons; the main products are 38 pieces, medium block, seed coal, 1-3 seeds, washed face coal, sieve face coal, civil briquette, industrial briquette and other types of coal.
Shaanxi Zhaode Environmental Protection Briquette Co., Ltd. has set up a coal quality inspection center, which has the most advanced software and hardware strength in the same industry, and is a scientific and technological means to ensure the quality and technology of enterprise products.
The second phase of the project being planned to be completed is a 750,000-ton environmental protection industrial briquette production line, gas workshop and other supporting facilities, with a planned investment of 180 million yuan. The annual productivity of Shaanxi Zhaode briquette production line is 250,000 tons/civil briquette production line and 750,000 tons industrial clean briquette production line. Large-scale production equipment includes advanced equipment such as induced draft fan, blower, ball pressing machine, dust collector, drying furnace, automatic packaging machine, stacking manipulator and so on. The raw materials of the latest technology products, such as coke powder, bentonite, binder and briquette, have the advantages of calorific value (Qgr, d) > 5800J/g, fixed carbon (FC, d) > 65%, ash content (Ad) = 24%, volatile content (Vdaf) = 12%, sulfur (St, d) = 0.4%, cold pressure strength (> 900N/a), falling strength (> 92N/a), cleanliness, pollution-free, high ignition point, fire resistance and environmental protection.
Over the years, the company has reached strategic partnership with Shaanxi Coal Group and has reliable coal supply. Sales network has covered many provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. At present, the products have been supplied to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Xi’an and other first-tier cities in China, which has been recognized by the vast number of users and has won unanimous praise from the environmental coal market.
After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual income will reach 664 million yuan, the annual tax payment will be 150 million yuan, the annual profit will be 69.43 million yuan, and the employment of 260 people will be solved. At that time, Shaanxi Zhaode will become a coal enterprise without environmental protection blind spot. Undoubtedly, the construction and commissioning of this project will make the company stronger and bigger, and make new contributions to the development and construction of Shenmu local economy and ecological environment.
